Hi Mike, Please forward this to Rob, "Toronto Fraud phoned Itex on Saturday . . . perhaps Allan should be made aware of this." "We will send our formal written reply to this letter by Tuesday afternoon. Given the course of action that Itex is taking, we find ourselves forced to commence legal action regarding the Montreal land fraud. This is in conjunction with the fraud investigation currently being conducted by Toronto Fraud Squad." Wally
