UCMS has lost over $12,686.63 in trade credits with Itex Payment Systems. The trade money initially came in what Itex Chicago "bought" UCMS used office furniture. Gene Brooks was the ITEX Chicago point of contact when it was in Oak Brook IL. Gene Brooks now has ITEX in Chicago.

- Incorrect debit to UCMS by "fresh promotions" of $5,000
- Itex credited back the $215 cash transaction fee but disavows any knowledge of the $5,000 "fresh promotions" Itex Trade
- Itex fails to credit back the $5,000 AND closes the account
- Itex keeps the non-disputed $7,686.63
